INDION AutoCleanse: Vehicle Wash Water Recycle System
Ion Exchange’s INDION® AutoCleanse is an efficient, economical and eco-friendly vehicle wash water recycling system designed to conserve freshwater and reduce operating costs. Equipped with advanced ultrafiltration (UF) membrane technology, the system effectively removes oil, grease, suspended solids, colour and odour from vehicle wash effluent, making the treated water suitable for reuse in vehicle washing. Its compact, skid-mounted design, fully automated intelligent controls and ease of operation ensure quick installation, reliable performance and low maintenance. Available in capacities of 2,000 and 4,000 litres per hour, INDION® AutoCleanse helps save over 80% of freshwater, supports compliance with environmental regulations and promotes sustainable water management.
INDION Rice Mill ETP
Ion Exchange’s INDION® Rice Mill ETP System is a state-of-the-art, cost-effective solution designed for the efficient treatment of rice mill effluents, including multiple recycled parboiled water. The system integrates advanced treatment technologies such as INDION® Anaerobic, Fluidised Media Reactor (FMR), Lamella Clarifier and MGF/ACF tertiary treatment to effectively manage high organic loads, including BOD levels up to 1,500 ppm and COD levels up to 3,000 ppm. Designed for low energy consumption, minimal sludge generation and a compact footprint, the system delivers significant savings in water, power and operating costs. The treated effluent conforms to State and Central Pollution Control Board guidelines and, with tertiary treatment, can be reused in the parboiling process, promoting water conservation and sustainable rice mill operations.
