INDION packaged waste treatment systems offer compact, pre-engineered and prefabricated solutions designed for efficient wastewater treatment and recycling. The portfolio includes packaged sewage treatment plants using technologies such as MBR, FMR and SBR, as well as specialised solutions such as the AutoCleanse vehicle wash water recycling system and Rice Mill Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). These systems offer convenient installation and operation, with treatment solutions tailored to specific wastewater characteristics and capacity requirements.
INDION Fluidized Media Reactor (FMR)
The INDION Fluidized Media Reactor is a compact, single tank unit which integrates attached and suspended growth process through specially developed synthetic media, fine pore diffuser, lamella clarifier and chlorine contact tank, housed (in built) within a single integrated design enabling efficient biological treatment.
INDION New Generation Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant (NGPSTP)
The INDION New Generation Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant is an advanced, all in one, prefabricated rigid sewage treatment system that integrates Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC technology) with high-rate lamella clarification to deliver superior performance in organic and nutrient removal.
INDION New Generation Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant: Nitrogen Removal (NGPSTP NR)
INDION New Generation Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant: Nitrogen Removal (NGPSTP NR) is an all-in-one, prefabricated sewage treatment solution that combines fixed-film biological treatment with high-rate lamella clarification for efficient organic matter and nitrogen removal. Its integrated process includes primary settlement, aerobic and nitrification treatment, anoxic denitrification and final settlement to deliver high-quality treated effluent. With a compact, modular design, low power and chemical requirements, minimal maintenance and ease of operation, INDION NGPSTP NR is suitable for applications such as hotels, resorts, residential complexes, industrial estates and existing plant upgrades.
INDION Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR)
The INDION Sequencing Batch Reactor is a cyclic activated sludge treatment system. Its compact design is based on sequential time cycle for equalization, aeration, settling and clarification which provides many advantages over conventional activated sludge processes.
INDION Eco Membrane Bio reactor (Eco MBR)
INDION Eco MBR is a compact, modular membrane bioreactor designed for treating smaller volumes of wastewater from residential and decentralised applications. Combining biological treatment with submerged membrane filtration, it effectively removes suspended matter from activated sludge to produce high-quality treated water for discharge and reuse. The system features a single packaged unit, simple operation, low operating costs, low energy consumption and no requirement for treatment chemicals. It is ideal for individual homes, bungalows, transit camps, labour colonies, construction sites and other decentralised effluent treatment facilities.
INDION Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR)
The INDION Membrane Bio Reactor combines proven biological treatment with advanced membrane filtration, offering treated water suitable for reuse for flushing, gardening or high-end applications such as cooling tower make-up water in industries. It delivers consistent effluent quality, reduces system footprint and ensures pathogen-free discharge, ideal for industrial, residential, and commercial applications.
