Each stage performs a specific function:
Ultrafiltration (UF)
Removes suspended solids, colloidal particles and other macromolecular impurities.
HYDRAMEM Ultra FiltrationReverse osmosis (RO)
Reduces dissolved salts, organic contaminants and other impurities.
INDROMATICElectrodeionisation (EDI)
Further removes ionised impurities to produce high-quality demineralised water.
Electrodeionization in Core Solutions
The integrated treatment train provides a reliable foundation for UPW production and can be configured to meet the feedwater quality and final water specifications of individual semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
