Hydramem NF Membrane for Dye Desalting Applications
A leading Indian company in the food color & ingredients industry based in Maharashtra, India , serving major names in the FMCG, Pharmaceutical, F&B, and Industrial colors industry with presence in 22 countries was using oxidised membranes in their dye house. They were facing issues related to product loss, final product concentration and frequent CIP cycle resulting in higher operating cost of production.
Based on the discussion and trials conducted at site, we identified the appropriate MWCo of membrane suited for their dye application. We proposed them to use Hydramem NF membrane with Piperazine MOC manufactured at our state of art manufacturing facility in Goa. These membranes are most suited for dye desalting applications.
