Advanced Solutions for Coolant Oil Recovery in Automobile Manufacturing
The manufacturing process in Automobile industry generates a significant amount of wastewater, which is contaminated by discharge of coolant oil and alkaline washings. The coolant oil used can be natural or semi synthetic type in origin. Oily Wastewater especially waste coolant waters are difficult to treat and are hazardous to the environment. Disposal of waste coolant waters is a major environmental problem in the Industry.
Advanced 
membrane process removes suspended solids and separates out the coolant oil from the wastewater at high recovery rates. Water recovered in the Permeate stream is collected in the tank and reused in the process plant. Concentrated oil collected in the reject stream can be discharged.
