UF SPECIALTY MEMBRANE SYSTEM ENSURING ENHANCED PAINT RECOVERY
In automobile industry, vehicle bodies & other parts are dipped into paint bath for painting purpose. This process is followed by water rinsing to remove excess paint from vehicle bodies & parts. The rinse water containing paint traces is treated using Advanced UF specialty membrane system to recover this paint (by removing water).
Existing conventional methods feed the entire effluent load on Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and hence incur huge capital and operational costs for waste management systems.
In advanced UF specialty membrane system, the rinsing effluent from paint bath is treated with UF membrane system & it recovers up to 98% of paint solids. This valuable recovered paint can be re-used in paint tank & water can be reused in rinse bath.
