                          <p>Effluent Recycle using Hydramem Membrane for a Leading Steel Manufacturer. The Customer is one of the leading integrated steel and power manufacturer in India.<\/p>                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                                    <div class=\"tab-pane elementkit-tab-pane elementor-repeater-item-ffd8178 \" id=\"content-ffd817869e704a299d73\" role=\"tabpanel\"\n                         aria-labelledby=\"content-ffd817869e704a299d73-tab\">\n                        <div class=\"animated fadeIn\">\n                            <p>The major challenges faced by the customer were:<\/p><ul><li>Adherence to stringent effluent discharge norms set by the Pollution Control Board<\/li><li>Scarcity of water<\/li><li>High cost of fresh water<\/li><\/ul>                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                                    <div class=\"tab-pane elementkit-tab-pane elementor-repeater-item-94dfaef \" id=\"content-94dfaef69e704a299d73\" role=\"tabpanel\"\n                         aria-labelledby=\"content-94dfaef69e704a299d73-tab\">\n                        <div class=\"animated fadeIn\">\n                            <p>The Ion Exchange Effluent Recycle plant was set up at the customer\u2019s largest integrated Steel and Power Plant manufacturing facility in Central India which has a production capacity of 2.5 million tons per annum.<\/p><p>Ion Exchange mitigated the challenge with the following solution:<\/p><p>The Effluent Recycle Stream with capacity 360 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h was recycled through our state-of-the-art HYDRAMEM membrane systems:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>HYDRAMEM UF Membrane System and<\/li><li>HYDRAMEM RO Membrane System<\/li><\/ul><p>The RO permeate was used as cooling tower makeup and for various other process applications.<\/p>                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                                    <div class=\"tab-pane elementkit-tab-pane elementor-repeater-item-f2e59f3 \" id=\"content-f2e59f369e704a299d73\" role=\"tabpanel\"\n                         aria-labelledby=\"content-f2e59f369e704a299d73-tab\">\n                        <div class=\"animated fadeIn\">\n                            <ul><li>Effluent Recycle has been successfully executed with the system running to the customer\u2019s satisfaction &amp; achieving desired results<\/li><li>Treated water TDS is significantly lower than inlet effluent<\/li><li>The treated water is currently being used as Cooling Tower make up and for various process applications.<\/li><\/ul>                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introduction The Challenge The Solutions Result Effluent Recycle using Hydramem Membrane for a Leading Steel Manufacturer.
