Elektrodialyse ist eine Trenntechnologie, die die Elektrophorese ionischer Substanzen in L\u00f6sungen und die selektive Permeabilit\u00e4t von Ionenaustauschmembranen nutzt. Es gibt zwei Arten von Ionenaustauschmembranen. Die Kationenaustauschermembran erm\u00f6glicht selektiv die Kationenpermeation und die Anionenaustauschermembran erm\u00f6glicht selektiv die Anionenpermeation. In einem Elektrodialysator ist eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl dieser Membranen abwechselnd zwischen zwei Elektroden angeordnet und es wird Gleichstrom angelegt, um gel\u00f6ste Ionen zu
