Die Porendurchmesser von Ultrafiltrationsmembranen liegen im Bereich von 10 bis 200 \u00c5 (0,001 bis 0,02 Mikrometer). L\u00f6sungsmittel und Spezies, deren Durchmesser kleiner als die Porengr\u00f6\u00dfe der Membran ist, passieren die Membran und treten als Ultrafiltrat aus, das als Permeat bekannt ist. Abgelehnte Arten konzentrieren sich nach und nach im zur\u00fcckgehaltenen Bach.<\/p><p>Ultrafiltrationsmembranen sind wiederverwendbar und mit Standardchemikalien reinigbar.<\/p><p>Ultrafiltration von Prozesswasser bietet<\/p><p>Entfernung praktisch aller Partikel, Schwebstoffe, Bakterien, Viren und pyrogener Spezies aus pharmazeutischem und industriellem Prozesswasser.<br \/>Entfernung von kolloidalem Material (nicht reaktive Kiesels\u00e4ure, Eisen, Aluminium usw.).<br \/>Entfernung hochmolekularer organischer Stoffe.<\/p><p>Die Ultrafiltrationsmembran ist ein d\u00fcnnes Polymermaterial (Polyethersulfon) mit anisotroper Porenstruktur. Dies bedeutet, dass die Membran nicht in ihrer gesamten Matrix die gleiche Porenstruktur aufweist.<\/p><p>Anstelle einer anisotropen Membran weist sie eine Oberfl\u00e4che mit kleinen Porendurchmessern und eine St\u00fctzstruktur auf, die eine Porengr\u00f6\u00dfe von bis zu etwa 15 Mikrometern aufweist. Die Kombination aus der sehr glatten Oberfl\u00e4che mit kleinen Poren und der St\u00fctzstruktur mit viel gr\u00f6\u00dferen Poren f\u00fchrt zu einer Filtration kleiner Partikel bei geringem Str\u00f6mungswiderstand.<\/p><p>Der Druckunterschied zwischen Zulauf- und Ausschussstrom bestimmt den Wasserfluss \u00fcber die Oberfl\u00e4che der Membran. Der Druckunterschied zwischen dem Feedstrom und der Produktseite der Membran steht in direktem Zusammenhang mit dem Produktfluss. Wenn Druck auf den Zulaufstrom ausge\u00fcbt wird, flie\u00dft dieser tangential zur Membranoberfl\u00e4che. Ultrafiltration ist ein Dimensionstrennverfahren. Im Allgemeinen werden Ultrafiltrationsmembranen nach ihrem Molekulargewichts-Cut-off, abgek\u00fcrzt MWCO, bewertet. Dies ist ein Indikator f\u00fcr die relative Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der kugelf\u00f6rmigen Molek\u00fcle, die eine Membran entfernt. Indion Membrane Systems verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Ultrafiltrationsmembranen mit MWCO-Bereichen zwischen 50.000 und 200.000. Die w\u00e4ssrige Phase und das Material, das kleiner als der nominale MWCO der Membran ist, passieren die Membran. \u2013 8 mm.<\/p><\/li><li>Viele solcher Fasern werden geb\u00fcndelt und in ein Rohr (PVC oder Polysulfon) eingef\u00fchrt.<\/li><li><p>Epoxidharz wird in das Rohr eingespritzt und umgibt den Au\u00dfendurchmesser aller Fasern.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Abwasser wird in das Rohrende gepumpt und flie\u00dft durch den Innendurchmesser jeder Faser. Sauberes Wasser dringt durch die W\u00e4nde jeder Faser und sammelt sich im Rohr.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Konzentrierte Feststoffe sammeln sich im Falle eines Dead-End-Filters in der Faser an oder werden durch den Rejekt im Querstromfilter abgef\u00fchrt, w\u00e4hrend sauberes Wasser bei atmosph\u00e4rischem Druck abgef\u00fchrt wird.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Wird in geringen Feststoffkonzentrationen verwendet und sorgt f\u00fcr geringe
