Les unit\u00e9s de polissage des condensats sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement install\u00e9es dans les centrales thermiques dans le but principal d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de l&#8217;eau de chaudi\u00e8re. Les avantages du polissage des condensats sont un d\u00e9marrage plus rapide et, par cons\u00e9quent, les conditions de pleine charge sont atteintes plus t\u00f4t, ce qui offre des avantages \u00e9conomiques. Le processus prend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement environ 7 \u00e0 8 jours, apr\u00e8s quoi la r\u00e9sine cationique est convertie en forme d&#8217;ammonium et le polisseur fonctionne ensuite dans le cycle de l&#8217;ammoniac. L&#8217;exp\u00e9rience a montr\u00e9 que le fonctionnement du cycle de l&#8217;hydrog\u00e8ne se d\u00e9roule presque toujours sans probl\u00e8me et produit un condensat de la qualit\u00e9 requise. Le sodium, le chlorure et la silice dans le tambour de la chaudi\u00e8re augmentent dans les 2 \u00e0 3 jours suivant le fonctionnement du polisseur en cycle d&#8217;ammonium.<\/p><p>La s\u00e9paration de la r\u00e9sine \u00e9changeuse d&#8217;ions dans un lit m\u00e9lang\u00e9 se fait par lavage \u00e0 contre-courant de l&#8217;unit\u00e9 avec de l&#8217;eau lorsque la r\u00e9sine cationique se d\u00e9pose au fond et que la r\u00e9sine anionique l\u00e9g\u00e8re se trouve en haut. Cependant, le processus aboutit presque toujours \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un faible pourcentage de r\u00e9sines cationiques dans la partie anionique et vice versa \u2013 un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne appel\u00e9 contamination crois\u00e9e. Lors de la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de la r\u00e9sine anionique avec un alcali, la r\u00e9sine cationique pr\u00e9sente dans la partie anionique est convertie en forme de sodium et de m\u00eame, la r\u00e9sine anionique pr\u00e9sente dans la partie cationique est convertie en forme de chlorure.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
